If, as at the completion stage of your rental agreement, any costs associated with your rental have not been paid, or subsequent to this completion stage you wilt liable for spare financing in relation to your rental agreement, we reserve the right to refer your worth to a debt hodgepodge agency. The Hirer agrees that Snap Rentals shall have the right to refuse any rental and/ or terminate the rent and take firsthand possession of the Vehicle, without notification to the Hirer, if: (i) the Hirer fails to comply with any of the material terms and conditions of this Agreement, (ii) the Hirer has obtained the Vehicle through fraud or misrepresentation; (iii) if the Vehicle is damaged; or (iv) in the reasonable opinion of Snap Rentals and/or the NZ Police the Authorised Driver(s) do not have sufficient skill or wits to operate the Vehicle in a unscratched manner or the safety of the passengers or the Vehicle is at risk. In such event the Hirer will: (a) not be entitled to a refund of part of the rental charges; and (b) be responsible for the payment of any towing financing to return the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a fee to imbricate the reasonable financing of Snap Rentals in arranging the return of the Vehicle. This includes the extension of the rent if the vehicle cannot be recovered to a Snap Rentals depot by the completion of the hire. Insurance Snap Rentals does not deduct the insurance glut (bond) from your credit card, but merely hold the validity to deduct it as per these terms and conditions. If you don’t have a credit card, we require mazuma (NZ$2000.00) as a yoke for the value of your excess. If there is no loss/damage or any reported incidents, speeding fines or parking tickets we will send the mazuma or when to you 3 weeks without your rent ends. The liability for forfeiture to the vehicle is workable to the hirer regardless of who is at fault. If the hirer is not at fault, and the third party admits liability, then a refund will be processed upon receipt of payment from the third party. Insurance needs to be renewed in the event of an insurance claim. Insurance does not imbricate the transportation of a replacement vehicle pursuit an accident. All forfeiture must be reported within 24 hours for insurance to apply. It is at the discretion of Snap Rentals to decide whether Go Smarter Comprehensive ProtectionImbricatecan be issued again.Go Smarter Comprehensive ProtectionImbricatedoes not cover, forfeiture caused from snow chains, underbody or over soul forfeiture (including if the vehicle has a rollover), or towage financing associated with any damage. – Restricted License (P Plates) Insurance: Restricted or P Plate Licence holders are required to take out this insurance with their rent at the forfeit of NZ$29.00 per day (to a maximum of fifty (50) days). Go Smarter Comprehensive Protection Cover is included within this insurance. - PersonalWreckingandValiseInsurance: providing the authorised suburbanite and passengers with imbricate up to a unrepealable limit for specified injuries, disablement or death. Personal Effects andValiseInsurance, providing vehicle occupants with imbricate up to a unrepealable limit for loss or forfeiture to valise and personal effect within the rental vehicle. This shall include daily checks of the oil, water and battery. The vehicle is covered by 24 hour, 7 days, road-side assistance. If the vehicle has any mechanical failures during the rent these issues must be reported to the Snap Rentals as soon as possible in order to requite Snap Rentals the opportunity to rectify the issues during the rental. The hirer is not entitled to any refund unless Snap Rentals has been well-considered of the issue, and has been given the opportunity to rectify the situation. A refund can be requested from Snap Rentals if a dispersal has directly caused a wait in travel in one location of 48 hours or more. Snap Rentals is not liable for any wait in repair caused by a dispersal occurring on a weekend or public holiday. Refunds Any potential refund for a dispersal of the vehicle is limited to the daily rental rate of the vehicle for each day. This limit is for all financing incurred by the hirer and for the avoidance of doubt includes substitute rental vehicle,  accommodation costs, and any other financing associated due to the breakdown. Snap Rentals does not winnow any liability for currency mart rate fluctuations. Vehicle substitution and diamond Should the vehicle booked be unavailable through unforeseen circumstances, Snap Rentals reserves the right to substitute an volitional vehicle without prior notification, and at no uneaten forfeit to the hirer or cancel the booking and refund the hirer all monies paid to Snap Rentals. Please note a substitute vehicle may be with a variegated supplier. In the event of an wrecking involving the hirer or any spare driver, Snap Rentals is under no obligation to provide a replacement vehicle. The unused portion of the rent is not subject to refund. DataHodgepodgeSnap Rentals has the right to collect information on the hirer.  Specific vehicles in the Snap Rentals squadron collect data on a per journey travelled basis. Snap Rentals has the right to retain such information, and has the right to use said information at its own discretion. Important Snap Rentals reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, vehicle specifications and tariffs at any time without prior notice.
